Ashiatsu is a massage technique that involves the application of the practitioner's feet to a client’s body. We use bare feet to deliver deep compression, long gliding strokes, and assisted stretching to the body while using straps and bars mounted from the ceiling for support and balance. This has been called the deepest, most luxurious massage on the planet. Ashiatsu is excellent for athletes, larger clients, those with lower back, shoulder, hip pain.
